Policy.
Part 1

Second verse, same as the first -- except this time I reshaped every TM&AM mesh with Suit in the name. This includes everything from that pink leopard print suit with the bare chest to the ever-so-formal tuxedos.

These are MESH replacements: you will have to take out any other mesh replacements you might have for the same outfits. However, they get along just fine with TEXTURE ONLY replacements! Please let me know if you know of any good texture replacements for these outfits.

CAVEAT: I'm not reshaping all base game outfits, only ones I feel are worth salvaging.

In pt 2. every AM mesh has a preg morph, and I converted the two suits that weren't available for TM and texture linked them. These are properly proportioned for the teen body, and draw their textures from the game files and will pick up any default replacement textures you are using.





'Fancy' Suit (ambodyfancysuit)

Reshaped the suit body to look properly tailored, with a defined waist, and widened the pants and sleeves to accomodate the actual size of male sim arms and legs.

A suit jacket that isn't two sizes too big! What a concept.

Power Suit (ambodypowersuit)

When I think 'power suit', I think of CEOs, bankers, politicians -- people who can afford clothes that FIT.

Slick Suit (ambodyslicksuit)

This was obviously intended to be an ultra-stylish slimfit suit, yet it inexplicably fit like a sack in the body. I widened the arms and legs on this suit as well.

Sloppy Suit (ambodysloppysuit)

The choice of rumpled scientists. I dithered about including this one -- it's obviously the sort of outfit that belongs to someone not careful about their appearance -- but I figured even Vidcund Curious isn't so clueless as to buy clothes that practically fall off of him.

Suit (ambodysuit)

You can't get any more basic than this. I didn't actually have to reshape the fit morph more than a little, oddly enough.

Tuxedo (ambodyclosedcoatlongpants)

Maybe a rental tux would fit like a sack, but these are expensive articles of clothing -- if you own one, it should bloody well fit properly.

These look so, so much better; blimey, they are actually like real clothes (and real bodies) now! I'm in awe that you have taken on such a mammoth undertaking, but very glad that you have! :)

Woohoo, tailoring! Especially on the one with the waistcoat; it looks moderately period, and period suits should be tailored. ... Actually all suits should be, but in the days before off-the-rack (and for a good three piece suit, that wasn't that long ago), all suits were.

Great job on these! They look so much better and I can't wait to see them in game! Now that they actually look like they fit, maybe more people will retexture them for those conservative sim types- heck, maybe I'll even do some and I almost never do clothes! Thanks so much :)

I have done a few retextures of both tuxedoes, but I gae up after a while because the mesh sucked. Now that you fixed it (yay!) maybe I'll get back to finishing. I hate hor the buttons on the vest on the one mesh, and on the shirt on the other, aren't centered, so i have corrected that issue. Stay tuned...

I love you. ;_; I'll be saving so much more space in my game now that the maxis suits are usable!
