I'm back from my trip (coffee consumed, hipsters heckled, books bought, and thrifting triumphant), but I'm not back back, if you know what I mean. I will need a couple of weeks to sort various things out (like this hideous jetlag), and even then I will mostly be around rather than active due to it being summer, which means sunshine, which means being outdoors and not running the desk computer because the heat makes it like a sauna in my flat, and because of the necessity of reading this giant stack of books I suddenly have, and because I will actually be doing, uh, work.

... That was a hell of a run on sentence.

Not that I'm gone or anything. I have plenty of things I want to finish and make as I missed making things, but it'll be slow. As for internet stuff, though, after a month of mostly not doing internet things I find myself not really missing it. I'll be around on DW here mostly, since it's low commitment.

I'm sure I'll be a barnacle again come winter, though. Heh.

Welcome back! I'm glad you had a good trip (and I totally understand the computer = sauna thing. Guh).

How am I? Being featured on Best Finds by virtue of a hair dump killed my Photobucket bandwidth two weeks before it was due to refresh. I went from 10% to 100% in three days. People LOVE hair. I'm still a little bewildered.

This community is absolutely MAD for hair, even this far on in the game's lifespan and with so many choices already available. All the same, it's really nuts that your bandwidth drained that quickly.
